In these general terms and conditions the following terms are understood to mean:
- Reflection period : The period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal;

- CESOP : The Central Electronic System for Payment Information, introduced by the EU to control payment service providers.

Available conditions for returns and refunds
You can request a return for a refund (excluding our return shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your items. Returned lamps or related products must be in their original box, in a saleable condition (except in certain circumstances as described below), and unused.
