Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours and an additional 30 days to return the products. We will refund the full amount, minus the return shipping costs, if the product is received in good condition.

Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns. Please refer to our RETURNS POLICY on our website for more information about possible return shipping costs.

After we receive your return, we aim to process it within 5, but no later than 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation when processing is complete.

Order & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping. The total estimated delivery time includes 2-3 business days of processing and 8-11 business days of delivery, depending on the destination. All delivery times exclude customs fees and any potential delays.

No, we currently only offer shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium, not internationally. This ensures we can maintain our delivery times and customer service standards.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your order. You'll receive an email notification once the package has been shipped.

Payments

We accept payments via iDeal, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. Available options are displayed during the checkout process.

Yes, you will receive an invoice by email when your order is completed.

In most cases, we don't charge any additional fees for payments. All fees are clearly stated at checkout.
